GB Systems Ltd (part of the Mountain Software Group) is one of Scotland’s leading suppliers of specialist accounting software to law firms. Due to a period of sustained growth we are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work within our Training and Support Department. You will be involved in providing telephone advice and support on our extensive Legal Accounting and Case Management modules and will also be required to provide end user training and assistance on site. The role will also involve interaction with the development team to help enhance the product to further meet the clients’ needs. An excellent working knowledge of legal accounting practices or a track record working within a legal application support environment required.
